Because each piece is made with care, processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered:

We use a global fulfilment and logistics network to process and deliver orders. Depending on your location, your order is routed through regional fulfilment hubs and delivered by a trusted local carrier in your country.

This reflects the logistics routing for your order and is a normal part of our international shipping process. Your order will be delivered by the local carrier listed above, with full local tracking provided. Delivery times remain as stated in this policy regardless of routing origin.

Customs & Duties

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Ornaments Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
